Everything lives on your server.

Repair requests are saved server-side. Photos and videos are uploaded into your V9 media library. Site and live-stream settings are controlled here instead of being hard-coded into the public page.

This CPANEL uses a hashed admin password and an HttpOnly admin session cookie. First run creates your password; no default password is shipped.

PC, Android, camera or encoder.

Use any broadcaster that supports RTMP/RTMPS, SRT or WebRTC with your media server. For the included MediaMTX path, OBS and mobile RTMP apps can publish while the public site reads the stream in a browser.

One stream path, many apps

OBS Studio / PC Service: Custom Server / URL: use the RTMP publish URL above Video: H.264 Audio: AAC Android Use any RTMP broadcaster that accepts a custom RTMP/RTMPS URL. Paste the same publish URL, allow Camera + Microphone, then Go Live. Browser Camera (MediaMTX) Open the Browser Camera Publish URL above. SRT Use the SRT publish URL above in a compatible encoder/app. Public browser player http://YOUR-SERVER:8889/pacificfixit
For internet-facing streaming, put the website and MediaMTX behind HTTPS/TLS, change the included publisher password, and expose only the ports you actually need. Do not use the sample CHANGE-ME credential publicly.
V9 Highlight Studio

Photo + Video Highlights

Upload repair photos, before/after shots, PC builds, short videos or shop content. Add a caption, then press Highlight on anything you want published to the public homepage. The first highlighted item becomes the main spotlight.

Nothing uploading.
Highlight order: the first highlighted photo/video is the large V9 spotlight. Use ↑ and ↓ on highlighted items to change the public order. Up to 20 highlights are supported.
Repair Queue + Package Matching

Find every repair by ticket number.

Customers are required to place their ticket number inside the package. Search that number when the console arrives, confirm receipt, review what needs repair, add the estimate and track approval, payment and return shipping.

V10 Estimate Builder

Send exact parts for customer approval

Select a repair ticket and add each part with a picture, price, stock status and store link. The customer sees it immediately in their account and can approve or decline each item.

Accounts connect automatically to repair tickets using the same customer email address. Pictures and videos stay private to the customer and CPANEL.

Website and contact controls

Enable customer accounts
Customers can log in and see only repairs matching their account email.
Enable customer pictures + videos
Allows private uploads up to 50 MB for an existing repair ticket.
Show announcement strip
Displays a short message near the top of the site.
Contact routing is displayed in the customer panel. Automatic outgoing email requires a connected email-delivery service; V10 does not falsely mark email as sent.

Turn the entire highlight section on or off without deleting uploads.
Autoplay first highlighted video
When the spotlight is a video, autoplay muted and looped. Visitors can still use controls.

Highlight order is controlled in the Photo + Video Highlights tab. The first item is the main spotlight when Spotlight + reel is selected.
